2. Products & Custom Orders

Kadash Ltd. specializes in custom engraved jewelry, keepsakes, and personalized items.

Because many of our items are custom-made:

All custom orders are final sale.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure spelling, dates, and personalization details are accurate before submitting an order.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful engraving requests.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (for event bookings or custom agreements).

For live event bookings, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your signed event agreement.

4. Shipping & Turnaround

Everyday Orders

Standard turnaround times are listed on product pages. These may vary during holidays, promotions, or high-volume seasons.

Event Orders

Live event engraving services are governed by a separate signed event contract outlining timelines, setup, guest limits, and deliverables.

Kadash Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom items.

If there is an issue caused by our error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review and make it right where possible.

6. Live Event Engraving Services

Live event services require a signed agreement and deposit.

Client is responsible for:

Providing adequate space, power access, and agreed setup conditions
Approving engraving options ahead of the event
Ensuring guest count aligns with purchased package

Kadash Ltd. is not liable for:

Guest spelling errors submitted on-site
Venue power issues
Delays outside of our control

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, designs, product photos, wording, branding, and graphics — is the property of Kadash Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kadash Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of profits
Emotional interpretation of products
Misuse of products

Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
