Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: -A 60% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the event date. -The remaining balance and final item quantities are due 30 days prior to the event. **No materials will be ordered and no services rendered until payment is received in full. Materials & Quality Control: For quality control and consistency, all engraving items are provided by Kadash. ****We do not engrave customer-provided items. UNLESS discussed in advanced and we are provided a test piece*** Materials vary widely in coatings, finishes, and composition, which can affect engraving results. Providing all items allows us to ensure reliable, professional outcomes for every guest. Design & Personalization: -Final engraving designs and quantities are locked in at the 30-day deadline. -Minor text adjustments (such as spelling corrections or layout refinements) may be requested up to 7 days prior, subject to feasibility. -Quantity increases after the 30-day deadline are not guaranteed and may incur rush fees. Event Conditions: -Client is responsible for providing adequate power and a suitable space for engraving. -Outdoor events require shade or coverage to protect equipment. -Kadash reserves the right to pause or adjust engraving if conditions compromise safety or quality. Cancellations: -The retainer is non-refundable. -Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit all payments made.
