We carefully pack and ship each order from our small-town Ohio workshop. Most custom pieces ship within 7-10 business days, but we’ll always keep you in the loop if there’s a delay.

Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier, but you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier — but if something goes wrong, please reach out. We’ll do everything we can to help.
