• Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Avoid perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
• Store in a dry place (a soft pouch or jewelry box is perfect)
• Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing

Even high-quality plated and stainless pieces can naturally wear over time with heavy exposure to moisture and oils. That’s normal — but simple care makes a big difference.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us.

If there’s an issue with your order (like damage in transit or a mistake on our end), please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

We kindly ask that you double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before submitting your order. Custom means one-of-a-kind — and once it’s engraved, we can't make changes.

We carefully pack and ship each order from our small-town Ohio workshop. Most custom pieces ship within 3-5 business days, but we’ll always keep you in the loop if there’s a delay.

Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier, but you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier — but if something goes wrong, please reach out. We’ll do everything we can to help.
